1 Introduction

Welcome to 999myr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 999myr online gaming platform, accessible via https://999myr.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999myr ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). 2 Definitions

• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses credited to your Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software developer whose games are made available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address verification.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action described under Section 8 of these Terms.
• "Platform" means the 999myr website, mobile site, and all associated gaming services.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary request by a Player to be restricted from accessing the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

3 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on 999myr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 999myr strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gaming activities.
2. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
3. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and valid Malaysian mobile number.
4. You must not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Only one Account is permitted per individual, per household, and per shared IP address or device.
5. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction applied by 999myr or any third-party responsible gambling scheme.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

999myr reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including government-issued identification (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended pending document submission.

4 Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. 999myr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your Account security settings.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account or any balance therein to another person.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact details.

999myr reserves the right to require re-verification of identity at any time, particularly in connection with withdrawal requests, account changes, or where we detect unusual activity patterns on your Account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). 999myr supports the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits may apply per method and per day.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful processing confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used.
• 999myr does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply and may vary by Account tier.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during operational hours. Direct bank wire transfers may take 15–60 minutes.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may not withdraw funds until verification is complete.
• Withdrawal requests involving Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements as detailed in Section 6.
• 999myr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request at its sole discretion, and to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

999myr offers various promotions and bonus programmes to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion in addition to the general conditions outlined in this section.

• Wagering Requirements (Rollover): Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal may be made. The specific multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) is stated on each promotion page. For example, a ×15 rollover on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,500 in qualifying wagers before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permissible bet per game round is typically capped at RM250–RM500, depending on the specific promotion. Placing bets in excess of this cap may result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live dealer games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses must be used within the validity period specified on the promotion. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this cap is clearly stated on the promotion page (e.g., a maximum cash-out of 5× the original bonus amount).
• One Bonus Per Player: Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8.
• General: 999myr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In cases of suspected abuse, 999myr may withhold bonus payments and void any winnings pending investigation.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 999myr Platform are governed by the individual rules of each game, as provided by the respective Game Provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that is independently audited for fairness and unpredictability. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed on each game's information page.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, 999myr and its Game Providers reserve the right to void affected bets. Where possible, interrupted game sessions will be restored to the pre-interruption state.
• Sports betting odds and markets are set and managed in accordance with standard industry pricing models. 999myr covers markets including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, UFC, and other major sporting events. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to event commencement.
• For live in-play betting markets, wagers accepted after the relevant event outcome has been determined will be voided.
• 999myr reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of market manipulation, insider information, or other irregularity.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999myr Platform. Any player found engaging in Prohibited Conduct may face immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through exploitation are non-payable.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional activity.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to chip dumping, matched betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Conducting any transaction that facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour towards Platform staff or other players.

9 Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly within their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Limits & Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to help manage the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary break from the Platform for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the Platform may submit a self-exclusion request to our support team. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the agreed minimum period.
• Reality Checks: Regular balance and time reminders are available to help players stay aware of their spending and session duration.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

999myr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice under the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, money-laundering, or criminal activity.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• Where 999myr reasonably believes continued Account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to any applicable checks.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999myr, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and Game Providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or gaming funds as a result of technical errors, service interruptions, or system failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information, promotional content, or odds displayed on the Platform that contained an error or omission.
• Delays in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus credits caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network infrastructure.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 999myr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 999myr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the express written permission of 999myr.

13 Amendments to These Terms

999myr reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also, where reasonable, notify registered players of significant changes via email or an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and, if desired, submit a request for Account closure.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 999myr holds its operating authorisation. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Players in Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling laws vary and agree that they access the Platform at their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with local legislation applicable to them.
